Okee Dokee Fat Free Artichokee

Artichokes are delicious and easy to make but butter garlic dip is really fattening! Here is a low -fat dip to use with artichokes.
Garlic Dip
1 cup lowfat yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp chives
2 tsp chili sauce
½ tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Refrigerate for one hour.
Choosing:
The tighter and more compact the artichoke, the fresher.
Cooking:
Use a large pot and place a steamer with a small amount of water in the pot. Put the lid on top and steam them for 45 minutes.
